Includes the following:
Spring Maintenance
Clean condenser coil
Clean evaporator coil with no rinse foam
Check all electrical connections
Check refrigerant level
Check all capacitors
Clean drain line for condensation
Clean or replace filters.
Check condenser motor for proper amp draw
Fall Maintenance
Clean burner assembly
Check blower motor amp draw
Check capacitor on blower motor
Clean or replace filters
Measure temperature rinse for proper air flow
Check flue for obstructions
Run carbon monoxide test
**Customer is responsible for any necessary parts.
